What more can I possibly say? "I struggled and sought and fought and found, at last, a soul so beautiful that I should make it my own," to quote an old piece of Birdland, that hasn't made it up here, yet. She once told me she was willing to spend the rest of her life with me, but she opened her hands and let me flee, when I left to keep her safe… Now I must make up all that lost time.
