Notes: THIS. FUCKING. PICTURE. *coughs* So, I spent 20 hours crashing it, before I realised the problem was the grass. Oops. Shot it in four parts, one of which had about half the total grass in the scene, and faked the hell out of it. If I did something utterly daft, here, you should probably tell me, as half of this was done after I didn't sleep for three days. (Yes, I've slept since. Thanks.) I also have a terrible suspicion this got gamma shifted for some goddamn reason when I uploaded it, because it's a completely different brightness here than it is in Photoshop, on the same display. So, no, it's not actually washed out, it's just something wrong with this version of the file.

Anyway, I wanted to do something with a maypole, and while this wasn't at all what I thought I'd be doing, I kind of like it. I may go back and sneak in some more rope, so it looks a little less weird, since that will NOT TAKE SIXTEEN FUCKING HOURS. *grumbles*

Notes: So, there's supposed to be a beer bottle in Cathan's hand, but I suddenly can't get it to render. Like, I waited four hours, and couldn't get it to clear even a pixel of the glass. (And it's the same damn shader as bottle that Rose is holding, too…) Seeing as it took me fourteen hours to render Rose and the rest of the glassware, I might just pick a different shader or reposition his hand without the bottle. So, yeah. This isn't final, it's missing one prop, which I can edit in, later. Still, I do like the look of it.
