Notes: I'm working on Arkady's damage. He just doesn't have the force of personality to do any number of things without Betty to back him up, partly because everyone he knows is afraid of her, but no one ever takes him seriously, because he's about as effective in a fight as a wet sock. And that affects his social packaging, so there's all kinds of things he can get away with, because he's just weird, but anything that crosses a small handful of lines will get him turned into lunchmeat the instant Betty's not looking.

Notes: So, this hat came into my possession. It's… better. It's at least a little less bad. Keep throwing hats, and I'll keep rendering the middle of this scene, until we hit a hat DJay's happy with. *laughs* Anyway, it's close enough for me to fill in the blanks in the back. Yeah, there's some weird shit going on with one particular shadow that's the same colour as a shard of background. I could have fixed it in post, but I like the illusion of Jordan with a fistful of broken sky. …broken Sky, maybe, with those two… (For those of you who don't spend much time in my archive, click on the image to make it bigger.)

Warnings: This is potentially really triggery. Depression, cold, hidden secrets, suicidal urges.
Notes: I said this was going to happen. In fact, I think I said it about an hour ago. I'm still working the bugs out, but I suspect this is going to turn out to be less straight Black Dog and more of some sort of Black Dog/Mother of Snakes combination Fear. Sebastian totally thinks it's a dog, here, though. I think this will end up turning into what's already manifested as his Demons in the Dark. Sort of a fear of people knowing what you once were or of waking up to discover that nothing has changed and that's still what you are. An eternity of self-doubt woven into justified terror of persecution for those hidden failings. The Eye, you say? Yeah, but not. It's nothing about actual wrongdoing. It's about wrong-being. It's about hiding the corruption you were given, that's been visited upon you, not hiding the corruption you've chosen. It's a post-Wooden Girl sort of fear. I'm seeing the Demons as some manifestation of post-traumatic stress disorder.

Notes: I have no fucking idea. I was trying to work on one of those things people pay me for, and then I went to Google something, and discovered it's Fathers' Day, and I'm like… I can't porn on Fathers' Day. I'm not even going to try to explain that. And then the WHOLE OF MY MUSE was occupied by Jordan Dooling. I would shake my fist and make cranky sounds, but I'm actually pretty amused with how this came out. You can't see it at all, but I did a bitchin' fine job hacking together the correct guitar controller from the wrong one and some spare parts I had laying around my runtime. Also, that pissblighted cantankerous hat will be the death of me. I can call it cantankerous. We had an argument, it and I. At volume. I cannot explain my choice of longcoat over suit jacket. I think I was just having a dramatic moment. Enough of my bitching. Back to things I'm supposed to be doing, probably tomorrow.

Notes: I'm not sure he's thin enough, but I'm already getting glitching on the suit, so… *shrugs* Notice that he has no fingernails. I kept the ears, though. I don't know why; I just like him better with ears. I've got a morph to remove them, though, if I ever decide he doesn't need them. Also? YES. THIS IMAGE IS DARK. That's totally intentional. I might shift the gamma a touch, if I ever go for print, but it's a guy in a BLACK SUIT in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. It's also less dark at full size, so click to embiggen it. I'm really trying to resist going off on a Marble Hornets kick, before I finish my next commission, but… I foresee some Tim Almighty in my immediate future. (Yes, piss off, I do read UnFiction's Tim thread over breakfast, because my day should start with a healthy dose of LOLWUT.)

This is the first time I've ever worked with the Studio Maya Ball Joint Doll, and that's all the hair I have for her, and it is textured in some completely weird-shit way that I'm sure makes sense in Poser. All attempts to tweak it have wound up turning it grey. I flail in futility, and you get what sense I've managed to make, thus far.
