Notes: Severen talks about jealousy and the tour, flashback to how he ended up in a band. Lyrics are attributed, with the exception of the song performed by Viridian Doll, which is actually "Bauhaus Made Me Kill For Satan", by My Friend Maggot, circa 1994 or '95.
