[The Dead Man's Game ->]

Title: The Dead Man's Game: A Question of Life or Death
Fandom: Supernatural
Characters: Dean Winchester , Sam Winchester , Castiel , Kafziel (OC)
Rating: T (L2  N0  S0 V2 D0)
Warnings: Expletives, discussion of past murder, blasphemy, mentions of porn, vaguely cracky
Notes: Sam's sure Gabriel's dead. He was there for that. He spent decades listening to Lucifer angst about it. But, the angels in his living room aren't so sure. Castiel might have seen Gabriel, recently, and Kafziel is pretty sure he'd have sensed it if his boss was actually dead. (Please forgive me if I accidentally flood Twitter. I'm trying to post these to the days I forgot to post them, in the hope that won't happen.)

Title: It's Not Serious
Fandom: Supernatural
Characters: Dean Winchester , Sam Winchester
Rating: T" width="32px" /> (L0 N2 S0 V2 D0)
Warnings: Explicit descriptions of ridiculous amounts of pain, but no actual violence. And a shower, in which someone is non-explicitly naked.
Notes: Dean swears it's not serious. Swears up and down, while he's holding onto the wall and trying to keep the last thing he ate in his body. It's just cracked ribs. Nothing serious. And Sam knows he's lying, and will not be taking any of this crap, which is probably for the best. Ok, definitely for the best. But, Dean is not admitting that. (Your friendly neighbourhood airhead totally neglected to post this, two days ago.)

Title: (Re)Making an Angel: The Morning After
Fandom: Supernatural
Characters: Sam Winchester , Castiel , Kafziel (OC)
Rating: T" width="32px" /> (L2 N1 S0 V1 D0)
Warnings: Missing time, edited memories, past death threats, lore applied with a shoehorn, dysfunctional family
Notes: There is a lot more shit going on in Castiel's head than anyone counted on. Kafziel gets a glimpse and it's much more than he bargained for. Yes, I just totally set up a sequel. No, I'm not going to write it right now. I don't know if I'll get around to it. Quotes are Proverbs 8:22 and Sirach 1:4-5, NRSV.

Title: (Re)Making an Angel: Strange and Terrible Tales (2/?)
Fandom: Supernatural
Characters: Sam Winchester , Dean Winchester , Castiel , Kafziel (OC)
Rating: T" width="32px" /> (L2 N0 S1 V1 D1)
Warnings: Blasphemy, brotherly face-punching, dysfunctional family dynamics, suggestions of future angel smut, non-explicit discussion of sex
Notes: Kafziel explains, and Sam wishes he hadn't asked. More beer. More coffee. More bizarre stories. Still no Cas. Definitely Cas in the next chapter.

Title: (Re)Making an Angel: The Angel at the Door (1/?)
Fandom: Supernatural
Characters: Sam Winchester , Dean Winchester , Castiel , Crowley , Kafziel (OC)
Rating: T" width="32px" /> (L2 N0 S0 V1 D1)
Warnings: Blasphemy, brotherly face-punching, dysfunctional family dynamics, suggestions of future angel smut
Notes: Castiel's grace was stolen, so he tried stealing some more for himself, but that didn't work as intended. But, there is a way for him to regain it, even if it's terribly inadvisable. Another angel, long out of Heaven's reach, remembers the means, and shows up at the bunker, looking for Cas. Sam is paranoid, Dean's a dick, and Crowley wants photos.

Title: Glass: Scrap #1
Fandom: Viridian Legacy: Glass
Characters: Sin, Severen, Arkady
Rating: T (L1 N0 S0 V1 D2)
Warnings: suicidal ideation, referenced past self-harm, panicked late-night phone calls (of the sort we've all gotten), strong suggestions of future mind-control, and beer as a first choice for self-medication.
Notes: No title. I don't even know. I don't even think this is done, but I kind of can't sleep, so I rolled over and wrote this. I can barely read the damn screen. Sebastian demands to be boring and have a pleasant upper-middle class existence, when he's Sebastian. Unfortunately, reality occasionally refuses to comply, and Arkady is… well, Arkady.

Title: Catamites
Fandom: Potterverse
Characters: Severus Snape , Rodolphus Lestrange , Lucius Malfoy
Rating: T (L2 N0 S0 V0 D2)
Warnings: Drunken teenage deatheaters, buttsex jokes, narrowly averted violence
Notes: "Number two out of three, in a matched set of catamites!" Severus Snape objects strongly to this characterisation — not of his two best friends, but of himself.

Title: Wine
Fandom: Potterverse
Characters: Severus Snape , Rodolphus Lestrange
Rating: T (L2 N1 S0 V0 D1)
Warnings: Alcoholism, expletives, PTSD
Notes: In 1978, Severus Snape buried a bottle of amontillado on the Lestrange family holdings, to be dug up and drunk, in the event of his demise at Voldemort's hands. After the war, Rodolphus digs it up and brings it to him, in his very best annoying smugfuck best-friend style.

Title: Tamiel & Galharda
Fandom: Magelight
Characters: Tamiel , Galharda
Rating:Rating: <span style=T" src="https://penbrydd.groundline.net/wp-content/luxintenebris/rating/PG13.jpg" width="32px" /> (L0 N2 S0 V0 D0)
Warnings: A demoness with half a shirt, showing a lot of leg.
Notes: So, this is one of those things that goes a little better if you've got context. There is a demon/fallen angel called Verrier, who is "Prince of Principalities, and tempts men against the vow of obedience, and makes the neck stiff and hard as iron, and incapable to stoop under the yoke of obedience." (Hell's Hierarchy, 1612) In constructing Magelight, we built Verrier's family as imperial anarchists — they'll help you overthrow, as long as you keep overthrowing what they want you to, and don't turn against them. They spread their empire of rioters to wherever they can find an unstable situation to exploit. Revolution? The House of Verrier was there. More on these two below the cut.

Title: Lysimachus – Test
Fandom: N/A
Characters: Lysimachus
Rating: Rating: <span style=T" src="https://penbrydd.groundline.net/wp-content/luxintenebris/rating/PG13.jpg" width="32px" /> (L0 N2 S0 V0 D0)
Warnings: Naked naiad with an awful lot of hair.
Notes: So, I was reading a whole lot about people of colour in Greek and Roman art, and then I went to sleep and I had this completely weird dream, in which Charybdis was stealing the genes of the sailors she swallowed, and vomiting up mix and match children, who were all part-naiad, like their mother. And then art while low blood sugar. *laughs* Anyway, here's Lysimachus, bastard son of Charybdis and a ship full of Lydian traders. No postwork, only half a brain.
