Title: How Far Can Too Far Go? (Chapter 3)
Fandom: Dragon Age
Characters: Fenris ♂, Anders ♂
Rating: M (L3 N2 S3 V1 D1)
Warnings: Heart-fondling, knob jokes, inadvertent smuttery, Justice has a lyrium fetish, Anders has a death wish, legendary Warden stamina
Notes: Anders. Death wish. Seriously. This man has no damned sense. See also 'fisting, Fenris-style', no pre-existing orifice involved. No mages were harmed in the making of this chapter, but Fenris and I may need to go re-compose our senses of reality, a bit.

Title: How Far Can Too Far Go? (Chapter 2)
Fandom: Dragon Age
Characters: Fenris ♂, Anders ♂
Rating: T (L2 N1 S1 V1 D1)
Warnings: Knob jokes, past traumatic events, scars, drama, bad ideas
Notes: An unspeakable quantity of knob jokes and Anders pretending he's fine. Fenris asks stupid questions, and Anders hands him a little too much of the answers. Bitter mage is bitter, but also funny as hell.

Title: How Far Can Too Far Go? (Chapter 1)
Fandom: Dragon Age
Characters: Fenris , Anders , Hawke , Varric , Isabela
Rating: G- (L1 N0 S0 V1 D1)
Warnings: Knob jokes, drinking, and throttling
Notes: So, technical difficulties sorted, I'll now be posting the last two weeks of crap. Kind of all at once. Something something fandom happened. I made a joke about Fenris/Justice and Tumblreffingshamwow totally egged me on. This is probably the only relatively tame chapter, and I'd still suggest putting down your drink. It arcs up pretty fast. (You can blame Fallen London for the mushroom wine. It just seemed like a very Darktown thing to do, and you can't convince me the Hanged Man doesn't serve some sincerely questionable things.)

Title: On the Nature of Dates
Fandom: Nicoverse
Characters: Anael/Hananiah ♂, Lucifer/Berhanu ♂
Rating: G- (L1 N0 S1 V0 D0)
Warnings: Catty remarks, Luci's terrible beard, angels teaching sex ed
Notes: I wrote most of this like… in October. Then it stalled out on me, until yesterday. In case anyone ever wondered how these two met…

Title: Indistinct
Fandom: Nicoverse
Characters: Gabriel â™…, The Holy Father
Rating: G- (L1 N0 S0 V0 D0)
Warnings: Blasphemy, mild expletives, daddy issues
Notes: So, y!GalleryBigGreenOne introduced me to the Ghurabiyya Shia, a now-extinct Islamic sect from the Middle Ages, who believed that Gabriel delivered the prophecies to Mohammed by mistake, when they were actually intended for his cousin, Ali. Obviously, given that I tend to write Gabriel as … less than entirely pleased with innumerable of the Holy Father's decisions, I had to run with that idea. The 'your brother' referenced here is the Adversary, who Lucifer keeps getting mistaken for, despite never having even met the guy. (Speaking of looking like your uncle…)

Title: Contentious Intentions
Fandom: Nicoverse
Characters: Nico ♂, Lucian ♂
Rating: G- (L1 N0 S1 V1 D0)
Warnings: Oblique references to smut, shin-kicking, teh gay, expletives
Notes: Lucian really is the typical asshole older brother. One might even say that older brothers are all in some way based on Lucian, since he's older than everything but the Greater Lords. The prototypical older brother.

Title: Death and Desire
Fandom: Nicoverse
Characters: Gabriel â™…, Michael â™…
Rating: T (L0 N0 S0 V2 D0)
Warnings: War, death, holy vengeance, ethics of a damaged archangel
Notes: In about 701 BC, an Assyrian army led by Sennacherib sacked forty-odd cities in Judah and laid siege to Jerusalem. Assyrian records report the successful sack of every city besieged, except Jerusalem. Although they also do not report defeat there, those records are kingly propaganda, so all bets are off. The story goes that Hezekiah, King of Judah, prayed in the Temple of Jerusalem, for deliverance, and as the first king in two and a half centuries to do so, his prayer was rewarded, and 185,000 Assyrian soldiers died outside the walls. This is variously attributed to Michael, Gabriel, or the onset of one of the usual siege camp diseases. I decided to go for all three. (I never thought I'd be writing Michael, but I suppose it had to happen, eventually…)

Title: The Birth of the Sea of Salt
Fandom: Nicoverse
Characters: Gabriel (as Labashi) ♂, Hizkiel (as Harsu) ♂, Kafziel (as Kurigalzu) ♂, Lot ♂ & his family ♀
Rating: G- (L1 N0 S0 V1 D1)
Warnings: Objectification of angels, threats of violence, really oblique threats of rape, violent nationalist sentiment, non-explicit mass destruction
Notes: A telling of the fall of Sodom and Gomorrah, from the perspective of the angels. I apologise for the names. Lot's supposed to be Chaldean, and Chaldean names are a pain in my ass to find, but he spent enough time in the Jordan River valley that I can mangle some names for his family. And then I had the bloody stupid idea the angels should be posing as Chaldean merchants… I give up. Also, I like Lot's daughters as self-determined hellraisers, able to make their own decisions and enforce their intent. I think canon supports that. And Gabriel loathing its shell is always hilarious — so, yes, this is really substantially before the fall of Jerusalem. (~2018 BC, maybe?) And if you've got any problems with my geology or geography, keep in mind that historical fiction is still fiction. (And I'm using a trope that's been argued by biblical scholars, which doesn't make it true, but does make it sufficiently popular to base a fictional work upon.)

Title: The Changing Days
Fandom: N/A
Characters: Raven's daughters ♀
Rating: T (L2 N1 S0 V0 D0)
Warnings: Bizarre cultural stereotypes, goddesses acting like birds
Notes: So, first off, this has been an exercise in choppy style. They're birds. They're like that. But, don't think they're bird-brained! The sisters are goddesses, after all, for all that they're thieving, corpse-eating tricksters. It's also really difficult to write a lengthy conversation between five characters who don't have names and can shapeshift. Not the best I've ever written them. More of an experiment and a little backstory.

Title: Blessings of Drunkenness
Fandom: Nicoverse
Characters: Nico ♂, Lucian ♂, Ometochtli ♂, Yin (Magdalene) ♀, Gabriel (mentioned) ♅, Raven's Daughters (mentioned) ♀
Rating: T (L2 N0 S0 V1 D1)
Warnings: Weird cultural stereotypes, bizarre interpretations of Mexica mythology, intentional cultural appropriation by trickster deities, vast quantities of alcohol, mentions of mythological violent death
Notes: Nico's doing a gig at a political event that suddenly spawns a neverending spring of booze, courtesy of the Mexica gods of drunken shenanigans. If you read a lot of my stuff, you'll recognise a couple of faces in the crowd, pretty early on. And, yes, Lucian has an accent that occasionally gets in his way.
